Our thoughts affect matter. In every moment, our thoughts are affecting the people around us. When we are coming from love and gratitude, then we are amplifying the energy around us. When we are coming from fear or anxiety, then we lower the energy field all around us. We have the ability to choose our thoughts, but sometimes we don’t. We just go on auto-pilot.

Grief affects our heart, anger affects our liver and judgement affects    . When you judge others, you tend to also judge yourself - in unhealthy ways. It seems like judgement too, is the first thing to take us out of a loving response. We might start to feel compassion for someone, but as soon as a critical judgement enters our mind, we take false comfort in our separation - and therefore lose the connection, and the opportunity to love.
