Put your phone across the room from where you sleep, and go “off-grid” for the first 30 minutes when you wake up, or the last 30 minutes before you go to bed. Or, even better, take an entire OGD, Off-Grid Day. And don’t JUST turn off your phone, take it as a vacation from your routine. Let yourself get excited about that time. Do whatever moves you. Have a conversation with yourself. Reclaim yourself. Have a relationship with yourself. Enjoy you.

Unwind from the hum of the machine of everyday life and gift yourself some beautiful time of not relating to others. When you’re in the space of not having to relate, with others, then you gift yourself the time to relate with yourself.

Meditate, walk, dance, sing, pray, write … do whatever inspires your highest thoughts and highest perspectives.
